When we asked Bella's foster mom how she'd describe her, she had three words: "the perfect dog."

This sweet pooch has the softest coat we've ever touched. She's got lovely manners and loves everyone she meets. Her short legs make her the perfect size for going everywhere with you. We're so thrilled to have been given the change to give her a second chance at life!

Prior to adoption, all dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm, vaccinated (including rabies, if age appropriate) and microchipped.
