Sampson is a 15lb, 10 year old West Highland Terrier mix. Senior dog Sampson landed in the San Jose Shelter as one of a group of 5 dogs. How they wound up there, we do not know. Thanks to a new SVPP foster with a heart for and experience with small seniors, Sampson does not have to ever worry about going back. He has some "old dog" issues to resolve and manage, but while we work on that, Sampson will be enjoying his soft bed, loving home and lots of cuddles. He will soon be ready for his very own home!

Prior to adoption, all dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm, vaccinated (including rabies, if age appropriate) and microchipped.
