My Life Starts Now: Little Oakley had been reported to animal control several times over three months as a stray, but they could never catch him. Finally caught, the shelter initially feared he was feral, but soon realized he was just in pain because he was covered in ticks! A diligent staff member removed all of the ticks and Oakley quickly began to come out of his shell! He is inquisitive, cuddly, and very sweet! He is getting some much needed rest, baths, good food, and lots of love from his SVPP foster.
